Hey there!

I’m Angie Marone, owner of a women’s fitness studio in Colorado since 2008. Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of women, helping them feel stronger, healthier, and more confident.

My own journey through perimenopause into menopause began in 2010, and let’s just say—it was anything but smooth. I felt frustrated, lost, and overwhelmed, with little to no guidance on what was happening to my body. That experience fueled my passion for helping other women navigate this hormonal transition with far more ease than I did.

No one teaches us that hormonal shifts start in our late 30s and continue into our mid-50s. So when life suddenly feels out of control, we’re left confused—often handed birth control or anxiety meds that don’t actually solve the problem and sometimes make us feel worse.

My mission? To make sure women know they are not alone. I’m here to guide you through this season of change, giving you the tools and support to shift from hormonal chaos to harmony.

Who I help and how it works...

I work with women in their early 40s to mid-60s who are experiencing hormonal issues—specifically resistant weight loss, lack of energy, insomnia, and digestive issues.

My approach combines evidence-based lifestyle changes to help you rebalance your hormones, boost your metabolism, and finally feel like yourself again. No crash diets, no endless cardio—just real, sustainable strategies tailored to your body’s needs.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, frustrated, or unheard, you’re not alone. Most women are never taught how their bodies change in midlife, and too often, they’re handed quick fixes that don’t address the root cause. I’m here to change that.
