Let’s rewind to 2013. My life was a whirlwind of stress—moving to a new house, relocating my business, and planning a major event.
My body? It was breaking down. I wasn’t sleeping, my hormones were a disaster, and I felt awful. 

After months of struggling, I turned to natural healing—acupuncture, supplements, and lifestyle changes. But progress was slow.
Then came the reason why I was suffering —I was living in a mold-infested home and my body couldn’t detox properly which led to brain fog, itchy skin, exhaustion… you name it, I had it.
It took years of healing, moving into a safe environment, and learning what my body truly needed.
Just when I thought I was in the clear… menopause hit.
It felt like overnight I gained 15 pounds, my midsection turned to “bread dough,” and that brain fog was back. 


So I did what I do best, I researched what was going on and what I needed to change to make me feel better…
Now, at 52, I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident than ever.
